Tanzania:- Tanzania Allows Resumption of Kenya Flights - Discover Africa
Tanzania Allows Resumption of Kenya Flights
Tanzania now allows Kenya flights to fly after a period of hot stalemate between the two states. Tanzania banned Kenya flights after Kenya opened its borders to allow international flights in Kenya on 1st Aug 2020. This was due to the fact that Tanzania was not listed in the countries allowed to fly in without any quarantine in Kenya.
Kenya and Tanzania have had some state differences, especially during this COVID period. Tanzania stopped announcing its COVID 19 infection data on 29th April, creating doubt and fading confidence to its visitors.
In a letter issued by the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority, Tanzania has allowed the resumption of Kenya Airways, Safarilink, Airkenya, and fly540.
